We accept all credit cards, Apple Pay and Venmo Bank/Certified check and Cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS

We move most upright pianos, we do not move baby grand or grand pianos.

Do you move fine art, jewelry and other valuables?
A. Move King strongly recommends having delicate fine artwork crated before a move. Small jewelry can be carefully packed in a box. but we recommend you pack and move all valuable/ sentimental valuables yourself.
Our basic valuation coverage will NOT cover jewelry and artwork.

A. Yes, we have have storage. Your good are stored in a locked Vault, located in a secure warehouse
How long does the average local move take in San Diego?
A. This is a hard question to answer because of the many variables that can influence the duration of your move, including whether you requested a packing service, if you have especially delicate items, the quantity of items, and distance to the new location, the size of your home and crew size.

How much should I tip my movers?
A. As with many other occupations in the moving industry, tips are not required, but they are customary.
We recommend a tip of $5-10/hour per mover, but depending on circumstances related to weather and the makeup of your space, you may wish to tip more or less. At the end of the day, the final amount is up to you, and it should be based on the service you were provided with.
You can also help out movers in other ways if you wish, such as by providing them with beverages or snacks or lunch.
What are the best days/months to move?
Monday – Wednesday are usually the slowest and best time to move your office or home in San Diego.
Busy season is April – October make sure you book 3 weeks in advance to secure the desired move dates.
Thursdays – Sundays are the busiest days of week to move.
